Investment: $12 per class / $50 for all 5 classes.
Classes will be conducted on Zoom (https://zoom.us/download).
We will use gentle, yet skillful motion and breath to increase body awareness, improve physical balance, and protect against bone & joint degeneration.
Note: Although classes are tailored for persons aged 65+, all are encouraged to join, as the exercises are effective in increasing physical energy, reducing stress, and promoting mental calmness.
